We are Allan and Rosie Charles from Canterbury in Kent. We have both been interested in property from a young age, but always thought it would be limited to one or two houses over time. In 2017 we took the plunge and started ARCH Investments having completed some property investment training. We have since grown our portfolio across the North West and South East of the country.

Allan is the Head of New Business for a Defence and Aerospace company so he focuses on the ‘deal making’ and the company finances. Allan is also experienced in the construction industry so takes the lead on scoping and managing the refurbishment process with our build team.

 

Rosie now works full-time in ARCH Investments, managing the daily operations of the company; our social media presence, identifying potential properties; ensuring all of our investors are happy, and our lettings agents, solicitors, brokers and accountants are all supporting the business as required.
